Abstract

This research was conducted at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Industry Service in overcoming the problem of order and market order. This study aims to determine the performance of NTB Industry Service employees in the field of Facilities and Infrastructure in overcoming the Development of Small and Medium Industries in West Nusa Tenggara Province. In line with the objectives of this study, the informants in this study were 8 people. This type of research is Quantitative research. The data collection method used is observation, Data collection. From these data will be analyzed descriptively so that analyzing the research problems can mean explaining in detail and can answer the problems being studied. The results of the study indicate that the performance of employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Industry Service. Responsibilities have been running quite well. While the factors that cause Inhibition of Small and Medium Industry Development are existing facilities and infrastructure that have not been utilized optimally either by actors or consumers of SMEs.
