PENGEMBANGAN STRATEGI INOVATIF DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and develop innovative strategies within the Central Lombok Education and Culture Office in addressing educational and cultural challenges in the modern era. The research focuses on identifying innovation needs,evaluating existing strategies,and formulating recommedations for new,relevant,and sustainable strategies. The research method employs a qualitive approach with a case study at the Central Lombokk Education and Culture Office. Data was collected through indepth interviews with the head of the office,relevant staff,and other stakeholders,as well as participatory observation and document analysis. The finding indicate an urgent need to adopt innovative strategies for improving learning quality,utilizing information technology,developing human resources,and preserving and promoting local culture. Proposed innovative strategies include developing digital learning platforms,enhancing teacher capacity through innovation-based training,cross-sector collaboration with creative communities and industries,and optimizing cultural programs that involve active community participation. The implementation of these strategies is expected to make the Central Lombok Education and Culture Office more adaptive,responsive,and effective in achieving better educational and cultural goals.
