This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership styles on employee job satisfaction in the hospitality industry through a literature review. Job satisfaction is one of the important factors that influence employee loyalty and service quality to guests. The research method used is a literature review of ten scientific journals published between 2018 and 2024. Based on the results of the study, it was found that transformational, participatory, and democratic leadership styles have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Conversely, authoritarian leadership styles have a negative impact and reduce work enthusiasm
