KAJIAN MEKANISME PENCEGAHAN PERKAWINAN ANAK OLEH MAJELIS KRAMA DESA(STUDI KASUS DI DESA PEMENANG BARAT LOMBOK UTARA)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the mechanism for preventing child marriage implemented by the Village Karma Council in West Pemennag Village. This type of research is empirical. The results of this research are that cases of preventing child marriage can be resolved by the village ethics council through mediation led directly by the village karma council by involving the perpetrator, the perpetrator's parents, community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, and stakeholders in finding common ground or a just settlement through peace by emphasizing a return to the original situation. This principle is called the principle of restorative justice.
