BRANDING PENGEMBANGAN UMKM KOPI SAJANG KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR MELALUI EDUKASI LABELING , PACKEGING SERTA DIGITAL MARKETING

Sajang Village is a village located in Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In Sajang Village there is also a coffee producer run by the Coffee MSMEs in this village. This coffee has its own and special taste with a distinctive aroma, through a traditional production process and with very simple equipment. The production process starts from frying the coffee beans by roasting them in an earthenware pan (kreweng) which is burned using firewood. Next, the coffee beans are ground using a machine into coffee powder and wrapped in kilos of plastic as packaging to be sold to stalls or sold via WhatsApp. By holding a Seminar on Digital Marketing, Labeling and Product Packaging, the Mandalika Education University service team assisted Sajang Coffee producers in creating social media accounts, logos and product packaging. Activities begin with introductions, socialization, evaluation. The result of the activity is more attractive product packaging with the Coffee label with online marketing expansion.
