PELATIHAN DESAIN GRAFIS MENGGUNAKAN PHOTOSHOP PADA KARANG TARUNA SAJANG BERSATU KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

Abstract

Karang Taruna Sajang Bersatu is a community institution which is a forum for developing the young generation who grow and develop on the basis of awareness and a sense of social responsibility in Sajang Village, East Lombok Regency. Many teenagers in Sajang Village do not have knowledge about applications or software for designing images. In various youth organization activities, there are still many Sajang United Youth Organization administrators who do not understand graphic design using Photoshop. So the creation of brochures, banners and event banners must be designed by paying for services. Therefore, this training activity was held to provide knowledge to youth organizations about the use of graphics processing software for activities that require graphics and photo processing. The application method for this training activity uses direct assistance in the field in the form of direct practice in operating the Photoshop application. The availability of facilities and infrastructure in the form of a hall which is used to support the smooth running of training activities. From a technological perspective, later in the learning practice the material delivery process will utilize technological devices such as laptops, LCDs, with joint assistance between students. With this training, it is hoped that Karang Taruna Sajang Bersatu will understand more about the function and use of Photoshop graphic design and be able to maximize their potential.
