PEMBERDAYAAN PETERNAK MELALUI PENYUNTIKAN VITAMIN B KOMPLEKS PADA SAPI DI DUSUN BAWAK NAO LAUK DESA SAJANG KECAMATAN SEMBALUN KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

Abstract

Farmer empowerment activities in the form of livestock health services aimed at increasing the empowerment of breeders in Sajang Village, East Lombok Regency. This community service specifically aims to inject vitamin B complex into cattle. Based on the observations of the service team, most of the people in Sajang Village earn their living as farmers and livestock breeders. The obstacle is the farmer's lack of knowledge about applied technology in the livestock sector, especially in injecting vitamin B complex into livestock. For this reason, the service team is trying to become motivators and facilitators to optimize community empowerment in Sajang Village. The knowledge possessed by the service team can be used to solve problems that have been faced by breeders. Implementation methods are in the form of observation, counseling and evaluation. The results of this service show that these empowerment activities have a very positive impact, where breeders experience increased satisfaction with all stages of community service activities that have been carried out. The increase in farmer satisfaction is evidenced by an increase in public knowledge regarding the urgency of vitamins in livestock and the follow-up to this service is the need for facilities from the local village government and the East Lombok Regency Livestock and Animal Health Service
