This study aims to examine the role of destination attractiveness, service and facility quality, and tourism innovation in increasing tourist interest and decision to visit various tourist destinations in Indonesia. The study was conducted by reviewing 15 recent research articles relevant to the topic. The analysis results indicate that attractiveness factors, including destination uniqueness, historical value, natural beauty, and educational tourism concepts, significantly influence visitor interest. Furthermore, service quality, supporting facilities, and human resource competency also contribute significantly to visitor satisfaction and loyalty. Innovation aspects such as health tourism, digitalization of promotions, and community involvement in sustainable tourism are strategic factors that can strengthen destination competitiveness. This study provides insights for policymakers and tourism managers to formulate sustainable, quality-oriented, and innovation-based tourism development strategies.
