Abstract

Entrepreneurship Training to Improve Entrepreneurial Skills for Beginner MSMEs in Jelantik Village aims to provide understanding and practical skills in the field of entrepreneurship, especially the management of the MSME business that they manage. This training is designed to help them develop their business potential through planning, managing and evaluating the results of the business they run. The material presented includes the basics of entrepreneurship, business management, and promotion and sales mechanics in promotion and sales. The results of the entrepreneurship training that has been implemented for these beginner MSMEs have shown positive results in improving the skills and understanding of participants in managing their businesses. The evaluation results show that the majority of participants experienced significant improvements in aspects of business planning, financial management, and marketing mechanisms for the products they are working on. This has a direct impact on strengthening the competitiveness of their businesses in an increasingly competitive market. In addition to the impact on the business aspect, this program also creates a solid community network among participants, allowing for collaboration and exchange of experiences that strengthen the ecosystem of beginner MSMEs in the region.
