Abstract

Job analysis plays an important role in an organization, especially in overcoming the problem of declining employee performance due to declining organizational competence. Therefore, job analysis plays an important role in improving organizational competence. This study aims to determine how important job analysis is in improving organizational competence. The method used is a literature review study. Literature review studies can be taken from various reference sources such as journal articles and books. Literature reviews are useful for developing a theoretical and research framework and can provide insight into the importance of job analysis in improving organizational competence. The results of this study are that job analysis plays an important role in improving the competence of an organization. The results of the analysis conclude that job analysis plays an important role in identifying and determining competence in a job related to the skills needed to occupy a job position with a position that matches the skills possessed, so that by conducting job analysis it can improve organizational competence.
