ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM IBNU SINA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

The assessment of the quality of nursing services is highly dependent on nurses and this will be a reference for the community in the quality of service in a hospital, lack of motivation and desire for career development by nurses will have a bad impact in providing quality nursing services to patients so as to provide quality nursing services at the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the quality of nursing services at the IBNU SINA Islamic Hospital Bukittinggi. This research method uses a descriptive method. The sample in this study was 36 respondents. The instruments in this study were questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of the study showed that in general the quality of nursing services showed good quality, which was seen in around 55.6% of respondents answering good results while the remaining 44.4% chose bad results
