SOSIALISASI LITERASI DIGITAL PADA REMAJA DAN KARANG TARUNA DESA JELANTIK KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

This community service entitled Socialization of Digital Literacy for Teenagers and Karang Taruna in Jelantik Village, Central Lombok Regency aims to provide an understanding of healthy, positive, and beneficial digital literacy for everyday life and being wise in using social media, so that it is hoped that through the socialization of digital literacy, the increasingly rapid use of information technology can be overcome appropriately and intelligently by teenagers and the community. The form of socialization carried out is by providing an explanation of material related to digital literacy in a language that is easy to understand by Karang Taruna Youth and parents in Jelantik Village, Central Lombok Regency. The explanation of the material is carried out by teaching how to use the internet as a source of valid, verified, and official information. The results of this program have succeeded in increasing the understanding of teenagers and the community about the importance of being literate in digital literacy and this activity also provides knowledge for teenagers and the community about digital literacy, as well as increasing the ability of teenagers and the community to utilize and use social media wisely and in accordance with existing norms and rules.
