This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) development strategies to face the digitalization of banking services, identify competency challenges, and formulate effective HR policy recommendations for banks in the digital ecosystem. The method used in this study is a literature study. The data analysis technique used is by managing and analyzing related research materials as many as 10 scientific journal articles obtained. The findings in this study are effective HR development strategies in facing the digitalization of banking services include the preparation of digital competency maps, job-based training programs, leadership that flows a culture of innovation, and performance evaluations that link digital results. Banks are advised to allocate training budgets sustainably, form digital transformation accountability teams, and adopt consistent digital competency standards. These findings have practical implications for HR managers and other stakeholders in the banking industry to accelerate technology adoption while maintaining service quality.
