Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job analysis, job evaluation, and motivation in improving employee performance. In an organization, job analysis serves as the foundation for designing a clear and efficient job structure, allowing each employee to understand their specific duties and responsibilities. Job evaluation is conducted to determine the relative value of each position within the organization, ensuring fairness in compensation systems and career development. Meanwhile, motivation is a psychological factor that drives employees to perform optimally in achieving organizational goals. Using a literature review method, this study shows that the synergy between these three aspects has a significant positive impact on increasing employee productivity and performance. Therefore, organizations need to implement these three components strategically and sustainably to create a healthy and competitive work environment.
