Literature Review: PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI SEKTOR PERBANKAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee productivity in the banking sector. The method used is a literature study by reviewing ten related scientific journals. The results of the analysis show that training and development have a positive and significant effect on increasing the work productivity of bank employees. Continuous training and career development programs can improve employee skills, knowledge, and motivation, thereby impacting the overall performance of the organization.
