Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job analysis in an organization and its influence on employee performance. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing 11 journals related to job analysis and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that job analysis has a positive influence on employee performance. job analysis provides two types of data consisting of job descriptions and specifications that can help organizations in the process of planning human resources. in this case, the implication of this study is the urgency to carry out structured and systematic job analysis planning by the organization so that employees can carry out their work optimally in accordance with organizational goals. with a well-planned job analysis can encourage employees to increase self-actualization and increase their work productivity.
