This community service activity aims to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the creation of promotional banner media in Batu Jangkih Village, Central Lombok Regency. The main problems faced by MSME actors are the lack of promotion and weak business identity (branding), causing their businesses to be less recognized by the wider community. The implementation method uses a participatory approach with stages including MSME data collection and surveys, needs assessment discussions, design planning, printing, and banner installation at business locations.
The results show that there are three MSMEs targeted in this program, consisting of one culinary business and two snack businesses. The banners designed based on the needs of business owners have proven effective in delivering business information clearly and attractively. The installation of banners in strategic locations has a positive impact on increasing business visibility, making it easier for consumers to recognize and locate the businesses, and enhancing the professional image of MSMEs. In addition, this activity also improves MSME actors’ understanding of the importance of promotion and branding in business development.
