This community service program aims to enhance financial literacy, time management, and business administration skills among the community of Berinding Village, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The implementation method applies a participatory approach based on three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage involved field observations and interviews to identify community needs. The implementation stage included financial literacy socialization, time management training, development of simple branding media through MSME banners, and business administration assistance. The evaluation stage was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the program in improving knowledge and behavioral changes among participants.
The results indicate a significant improvement in community understanding of financial management, increased awareness of time management, and enhanced ability to maintain simple business administration records. MSME actors have also begun to implement financial record-keeping practices and develop clearer business identities. However, program sustainability still requires continuous assistance to ensure consistency in implementation.
Overall, this program demonstrates that an educational and practice-based assistance approach is effective in improving community capacity and supporting the strengthening of local economies based on MSMEs.
