PENCEGAHAN DAN HAMBATAN DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKAWINAN ANAK OLEH MAJELIS KRAMA DESA(STUDI KASUS DI DESA PEMENANG BARAT LOMBOK UTARA)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the prevention mechanisms and obstacles encountered by the Majlis Krama Desa in resolving child marriages in West Pemennag Village. This type of research is empirical. The research results show that as a mediator and as a judge, the Majlis Krama Desa can apply the principles of restorative justice in preventing and resolving cases of child marriage, but in the process of resolving this institution is always faced with various obstacles, namely: rejection from the child's family, differences in perception regarding child marriage, it is still difficult to achieve harmony between laws and village regulations, children and parents still ignore children's rights, child victims or children of perpetrators do not want to be separated, there are still many people who apply for marriage dispensations, receive threats from the community, unwanted pregnancies, local customs and culture, and there are still many people who support child marriage.
