PENGENALAN POLA HIDUP SEHAT MELALUI KEGIATAN PEMBELAJARAN VIDIO BAGI ANAK ANAK PAUD/TK AL IHSAN DESA JELANTIK KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

The activity of introducing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) for Al IHSAN PAUD children in Central Lombok Regency is intended to provide understanding to students so that they can understand healthy lifestyle patterns and can maintain the cleanliness of the school and home environment through drawing activities. This activity is carried out by providing healthy living lessons by providing and inviting PAUD children to watch videos on healthy lifestyles with material on how to wash their hands, not throwing rubbish anywhere, getting used to throwing rubbish in the rubbish bins that have been provided.  This activity is very beneficial for PAUD AL IHSAN children because they can practice what they watch deftly and with the assistance of existing teachers. So that they can practice healthy lifestyles that they gain understanding in their school and home environments.
