Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology today is a strong reason and foundation for MSMEs to evolve in managing their businesses towards digital utilizing digital marketing. However, based on current observations, many MSMEs in Sembalun Lawang Village still have not fully utilized existing social media. The lack of knowledge and expertise in digital marketing makes the use of digital marketing still limited. Therefore, there is a need for digital marketing socialization activities. This activity began with the presentation of material on digital marketing. The socialization activity went well and was full of enthusiasm, evidenced by the communicativeness of MSME participants in terms of questions and answers regarding the material that had been presented and sharing about the MSME business they run. The results of the Socialization and Education of digital marketing in the use of E-commerce can be concluded that this effort has had a positive impact on increasing sales and tourist visits in the area. Increased understanding regarding the use of E-commerce related to the good use of social media has driven very significant changes. In addition, changes and improvements in promotional patterns by utilizing social media can provide very positive results by making it easier for consumers to access and order the products traded by MSMEs, be it famous vegetables, garlic, processed vegetable products and others.
