Pemanfaatan QRIS untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Transaksi Harian UMKM di Desa Montong Ajan, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah

The development of digital technology has transformed payment methods in the MSME sector, including in Montong Ajan Village, Central Lombok. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) was introduced as a fast, secure, and integrated cashless payment system. This community service aims to enhance the utilization of QRIS in daily transactions of MSMEs through socialization, training, and hands-on guidance. The implementation method includes preparation, practical QRIS training, and evaluation and monitoring of QRIS usage by MSME actors. The results show that QRIS facilitates transactions, accelerates payment processes, and simplifies daily revenue recording. The main challenges include limited digital literacy, uneven internet network, and some consumers’ resistance to cashless payments. Continuous mentoring proves essential to improve MSME actors’ understanding and skills. With appropriate support, QRIS has the potential to increase transaction efficiency, professionalism, and business management of MSMEs, while expanding market access for local consumers and tourists.
